Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Dony Liquor Store ships from Naples, Florida. We ship within Florida and to other U.S. states where direct-to-consumer shipping of alcoholic beverages by a licensed retailer is permitted. We do not ship outside the United States.

  • Minimum order: $60.00. Orders below $60.00 cannot be placed.
  • Shipping cost: $0.00. Shipping is free on every order that meets the $60.00 minimum. There are no handling or fuel surcharges.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is 4–9 business days.
  • Carrier: a licensed common carrier that provides adult-signature delivery. Tracking details are emailed when the order ships.

Orders are placed 24 hours a day. Packing and dispatch happen on business days only.

Delivery & Age Verification

  • You must be 21 or older to order. Purchases by anyone under 21 are prohibited.
  • An adult signature is required on delivery. No exceptions.
  • The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID showing an age of 21 or older. The carrier will check the ID at the door.
  • If no one 21 or older is available to sign, the carrier will re-attempt delivery. After the carrier’s final attempt the package returns to us.
  • Alcohol cannot be left at the door, with a neighbour, or in a parcel locker.

If a shipment is returned because the ID check failed or nobody signed, we refund the order to the original payment method, less the carrier’s return charge.

Restricted Areas

We cannot ship alcohol to dry counties or municipalities, or to states that prohibit direct alcohol shipment from an out-of-state retailer. Shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and addresses outside the United States are not accepted.

If an order is placed for a restricted address, the order is canceled and refunded in full to the original payment method. No shipment is attempted.

Returns & Refunds

Alcohol that has been delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. Florida alcoholic beverage law does not allow a licensed retailer to take delivered alcohol back into stock. This applies to opened and unopened bottles alike, including orders placed by mistake and gifts.

We accept a claim in these cases only:

  • the bottle arrived broken or leaking;
  • the item delivered is not the item ordered;
  • the order is missing an item that was paid for.

Claim window: 7 days from the delivery date. Email info@donyliquorstore.com or call 239 746 8832 with your order number and photographs of the item and the outer carton.

Resolution: a replacement of the same item, or a full refund of the item price if a replacement is unavailable. You choose.

Refund method and timing: refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We process an approved refund within 2 business days; your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund — contact us before dispatch.
